Honestly I think it is impossible to predict who would have won every ucl title if VAR was use because it means VAR would have been used in every ucl matches including group stages matches which could have influenced the teams that would have qualified from the group stages, including the placement position and hence even change the fixtures to the final stages of the competition. But if you are talking about the finals then that is when we can predict the winners if VAR was used
