How many hours can I get out of a standard 20lb propane tank? May consider doing larger cuts of meat like Turkey and brisket

*I believe that when I get a wind shield for the grill the temperatures **MyBest.Kitchen** and heat distribution will be a lot better. It appears that the least amount of wind affect the grill. Cooks great and very easy cleanup.*
