Apologizing for the martial law he declared, proving that all his accusations against North Korea and communism, were sheer lies.

He did not step down. He said he would apologize, but he was merely hiding his claws.

Despite his apology, he must be impeached or better still he should resign.

If he is sincere, he should say he has done wrong instead of he was sorry.

If apology will do, then every president can make deadly mistakes and get re-elected. Then everyone qualifies as President

This guy is not as stupid as he looks. Is an example of an insult and a compliment.

Peace in this region would be bad news for the stock price of weapons makers—but great news for everyone else.

pro-peace Korean former head of the United Nations, Ban Ki-moon, flew into Hong Kong yesterday at a City University gathering with Korean community.
Many members of the Korean community in Hong Kong were present at the event, with several expressing hope that the turmoil in Seoul could lead to the end of the needless anti-China and North Korea push in their home country.

To begin with, let me clarify that, as a Korean, I am more familiar with the language used in the video. He did not issue a proper apology. There was no concrete content in his apology, nor did he express any genuine remorse or reflect on the distorted ideology he held during the declaration of martial law. simply put, all he said in English was "I'm sorry."

I can't believe I have to say this, but, when it comes to an attempted self-coup, SORRY DOESN'T CUT IT!

He committed one of the cardinal sins of politics. Never admit you are wrong, ever ever ever. He's doomed, as good as gone. GG well played.

Is honorable for him to apologize but he should also resign as President as he has lost the trust of the Parliament members and Korean citizens...
