South Korean President “truly sorry” for declaring martial law

South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol has apologised for declaring martial law on Tuesday (Dec 3).

Yoon made the apology on Saturday as part of a televised statement ahead of a parliamentary vote to impeach him.
