When listening to music like from Spotify, disabling 360 audio is way better. But when watching movies/series, enabling it is better.

Hello, I’ve always felt that enabling this function does make the sound louder, but I prefer a richer sound with more bass in the lower frequencies, up to around 250kHz. However, I lose the equalisation and, if I’m not mistaken, also the Dolby. Thanks for the tip!

I've set up custom eqs for all my headphones and speakers linked to my Bluetooth. This optimised the sound quality for the speaker range capabilities and my own personal hearing.

Then I set up custom routines:
when X device is connected, then, turn on X EQ.

And for my car and the speaker I use for rehearsals, the routines also include my phone to remain unlocked even when you lock screen. Very handy.

I noticed this too! I thought I was crazy since reviewers seem to rave about this feature, but I thought it really diminished the sound quality and turned it off straight away
