Rest is not always rust. Sometimes rest, or a break from working out, is recuperation, renewal, and regeneration. Quitting completely would lead to rust, but not resting. Your body knows what it needs. Listen to it, and be good to your body. After all, your body has been good to you. Also, no one knows your body better than you. You are the expert on your body. Fitness experts know about bodies and how they respond to diet and exercise, but only you know what your body is telling you it needs. It sounds as if you are giving your body a bit of a rest if you’re “struggling with working out”. I commend you for listening to your body. Two celebrities who stayed in tip-top shape for years were Matthew McConaughey and Mario Lopez. They both shared the same philosophy on keeping fit which was “to break a sweat” and to change up the routine. Best of all is to do something physically that is fun.♥️✨💫
