Call of duty 4 stretched body glitch [HD]

My streched body in Call of duty 4 in the multiplayer map Bog. This glitch only works on Call of duty 4 and not in all the other ones in the series.
Note: you can do this in all versions of call of duty 4, exept the ds version.
