How did he say the crowd was underwhelming. I was there and the atmosphere was amazing. Everyone was cheering and it was a blast. I think anyone there would say the same. I’ve seen clips from the broadcast and it definitely didn’t show the crowd well. But trust me it was lit. Like when jinggg got that first ace. People where standing and everyone was shouting ace ace ace until he got it. It was amazing.

Here in APAC it starts in 11 PM
and F2F for work adn school are resuming soon. After we get that notice be prepared to watch Masters with only 300k peak viewers.

I hope riot pulls back on franchising, what makes games like dota 2 and csgo incredible is that the talent pool is endless, meaning a team like copenhagen flames can make it to the top 8 of a major, meaning anything is possible

Franchising kills it, valorant cant work in an organized league like the NBA/NFL where there were seeds rooted from the very beginning, if they pull back on franchising that will for sure save the games future

last masters we have Brazil, NA and Japan as top 3 teams, those three regions have the largest shares of viewership in the world so it's understandable that the latest masters did not managed to do the same

People in the comments are having a hard time coping with the fact that CS events are just much more better. Watching competitive CS Is loads more entertaining to watch than any Valorant event so far, I tried to watch this recent one but just couldn’t, it was so boring, every round felt the same, same smokes, lines ups, holding the same angles even the OP kills are boring to watch compared to CS awp kills. The game will meet the same fate as OW esports, fun to play but not fun to watch
