LMAO..I've done oodles of these and never had a pinion nut come off that easy..and that with pb blaster sitting on it for days..

So, I got the pinion flange off, but now it will not go all the way back on. Tried a impact gun, also tried a breaker bar, but its like stuck with slop. Haven't even reached the crush collar yet, any suggestions?
