How To Remove a Pinion Flange DIY

Todays' short video is how to remove a Pinion flange. this job can be done quite easily but it's also dangerous if you don't use some common sense. Using a puller can exceed high amounts of force if the part does not break free. This force can lead to parts breaking.

LMAO..I've done oodles of these and never had a pinion nut come off that easy..and that with pb blaster sitting on it for days..

So, I got the pinion flange off, but now it will not go all the way back on. Tried a impact gun, also tried a breaker bar, but its like stuck with slop. Haven't even reached the crush collar yet, any suggestions?
