WE PUT 37s on a POLARIS RZR TURBO R and THIS HAPPENED

One of the biggest questions when someone buys a brand new RZR is how big of a tire can I fit on it. Well here at Busted Knuckle Films we are going to figure that out for you. Polaris wants us to return this brand new 2024 Polaris RZR Turbo R 4 Ultimate tomorrow so today we are going to throw on a set of 37 MRT XROX DD tires on 18" Forged Beadlocks and see if it can handle it. We did a similar test with the Pro R and it did well but not great. We have higher hopes for the lower geared Turbo R. Bigger tires are a huge help on a 4 seat RZR because of the lack of belly clearance. Watch us take this bone stock RZR up some sketchy trails at Stony Lonesome OHV in Cullman, Alabama and see if it can handle these massive 37" tires in our big tire test and let us know what you think in the comments.

Great job, your vids are alway interesting. I have 5300 miles on my Turbo R 4 Ultimate and I still cannot get enough of it. This is such a great machine. I did the MTS shock and valving, but I am not sure that is made all that much difference from stock, I can now do more in comfort mode, however, Doing good on 37's does not surprise me at all.

I been running those mrt in a 35 on my turbo r and they are some strong ass sidewall with that Kevlar. Great traction in the rocks too.

Running 35x10x15 S3 XT400s on my 2023 maverick x3 max xmr rr with no issues. Removed the sway bars and adjusted the preloads on the shocks a bit. Also cut and bolted on some mud guards out of 1/2" conveyor belts. That is must unless you want an extra 100lbs of mud inside after every ride.

It seems low range is more applicable now.
I could see a huge difference from your original test vid.
If I can remember correctly, you really didn't use low range that much with the 32's.
The 37's seen to open up the range capabilities and make them more useful for their purpose.

With a 90 inch wheel base if you're 15 inches off the ground, you are going to have a break over angle of about 40° which is pretty insane. For what you guys are doing I would say get to 12 to 15 inches mid vehicle clearance and see what happens.

You already know the approach and departure angles of those things are Infiniti.

So really, you're just concerned about break over.

Apart from that yes bigger tires can get up ledges more easily but you can probably send it sometimes if you're not going to bottom out.

At 12:00, that's just a tough obstacle no matter what you have.

I had to put fender flares on to keep from flinging mud into the cab. I get some rubbing at certain steering angles and in reverse with my 35's...I still want 37's though. I live in TN...

Would you add them to a 2 seat Turbo S ? If you did would you need gear reduction ?

How much did the 37s hurt the acceleration?

Rock scrapers or zillas would’ve been a game changer.

I’m surprised! Long term reliability probably not gonna happen! Better have deep pockets to keep that unit rolling!
