Absolutely correct! You'll go into ketosis, autophagy, and healing that your body needs. Humans are not built to eat several times per day. We are built to eat a few times, fast, then eat again in a couple days. Love your videos!

What if you are underweight and don’t have enough fat on your body, ? Can the keto diet be used for weight gain, or should carbs be added to keep oneself out of ketosis?

Yes, keto is dangerous, especially in the context of a licensed MD, telling a stranger to not eat for three days. I lost twenty pounds without going into ketosis once. All that matters is not overeating and being in a slight caloric deficit. This man's life is about be made difficult. With the board he's registered with, that is. Berry is next.
