Puna is 500 sq miles, Oahu is 597 sq miles, has ZERO Boat Ramps today... Zero
There is a gap of about 80+ miles of shoreline w/o boat ramp access, all the way from Whittington Beach in Kau to Hilo....
Pohoiki is/was the other only one, and its all blocked up....
