Africa Weekly: Cape Town bootcamp offers path away from ganglands | AFP

This week in Africa Weekly, we focus on Cape Town's 'Chrysalis Academy', a military-style progamme that takes young people from the city's toughest streets and sets them on a path to employment. We also head to Burundi, where the pain of a 1972 wave of ethnic massacres - now classified as a genocide - is still very much alive. Lastly we meet pickers from Senegal's oyster farming industry, a sector that experts say has huge prospects for expansion.
