Albania has less than 3 million. If they all come to the UK will the former Albanian land become a UK colony? Or maybe replace the Albanian population with UK citizens?

Its depressing to watch the country I was born in sink so low. Before anyone hollers hypocrite, I live in Thailand because the pensions I paid into all my life goes further. Monday went to the immigration to get my 90 day visa renewed. Though having a yearly retirement visa a three monthly is mandatory, also having a monthly income or 20, 000 quid in a Thai bank. If what Brits consider a third world country can have a controlling hand on immigrants, then why are the British officials so utterly inept.

Agree politics have been completely broken for past 30 years, but so long as people keep voting for the traditional parties nothing will change only get worse.

A kettle is very simple device - a resistor heater.
I do not believe a new kettle can be that more efficient than an old one.
This is ‘scientific’ smoke and mirrors again.

Meat is not inefficient food production. Quite the opposite. Humans cannot digest the cellulose that plant cells are made from. Although plants do contain the nutrients we require, like protein, and trace minerals, we cannot get them. In some cases is requires six times the quantity of vegetables to get the same amount of nutrients. Livestock have a digestive system that ferments cellulose until they can get the nutrients within plant cells. What livestock achieve is to bridge the gap between our digestive system and plants. It is the most efficient way for us to get nutrients from plants. Without that bridge, there is not enough land to grow that quantity of vegetables, even if the whole countryside were transformed into a factory farm. But worse still, there are parts of the land, like the side of a hill, where we cannot grow crops. If that land is not used to graze livestock, then it cannot be used for any food production. What the greens are suggesting will result in malnutrition and starvation, or dependence on other countries to eat.

the political system is a mess in many countries, look at Australia. Until we take a good honest look at it and get the players and gangs out of politics, we will always be in a mess. I lived in the UK and moved to Australia, I see the same in both countries. Labour led by unions and by the people in the public sector. The conservatives taking care of big business, and the greens omg they just want to ruin the country and people financially

24:00 '...WE, should stop eating beef..' Who's WE, young master Norrie? Isn't that rather presumptious? Perhaps it would be best if you chose from the bountiful menu that Mother Nature provides, and stop beefing about other people's preferences?
It's bad for the digestion.
Whai's more if renewables are cheaper than gas, why do they need subsidising?
P.S. The best Talking Pints ever. Thanks Nigel. My respects to Dee Kelly.

"Look at the simulations?" That's the problem. You can muck around with the data to get the results you want to see. There has as yet been almost nothing from models that has been even close to accurate. "More people on bicyles?" Yup, I can see it now: Thousands of commuters from St Albans, let alone York, cycling every day to their jobs in London and then back after a day's work. These guys are plain bonkers!!

That was a pathetically poor interview by Farage; he should've smashed this politician to pieces.
