Looks to me like a Vipera ammodytes (aka long-nosed viper, nose horned viper, or sand viper).

It is a snob nose viper, they are native to Eastern Europe and one of most venomous vipers in europe.

I'm honestly not familiar with snakes in Greece so I looked up venomous snakes found in Greece and it looks like a nose horned viper to me.

Vipera Ammodytes, most venomous snake in Europe said to not be aggressive..but then Wikipedia contradicts themselves and says some will bite right away
