first of all it is not only in 6v6 game modes it is in any pvp game mode secondly it does not drop only from the handcannon bounties from the Crucible Quartermaster all the bounties have a chance for it however all of them gives a chance for any of the following: year 2 trials weapons (not year 3) year 2 and 3 Iron Banner weapons and any legendary weapon that drops in PvP

I got a luna with Reinforced, Outlaw + Reactive Reload, and the only thing I can say is that it is godly af

I stuck with the Pali for so long that I got used to it. But I was recently blessed by RNG with truesight, rangefinder, rifled and Icarus Luna. I'm trying to get used to the recoil pattern again.

Also dont sleep on finalas peril. You can get it from the quartermaster bounties an its just the same as Luna. I wish I had a rangefinder Luna with rifled barrel

I've got a few I experiment with my new fav is range finder luck in the chamber and braced frame it's a laser beam

I have yet to see any added benefit from Icarus. I have tried it while hopping around and noticed little to no benefit.
