Hey Dr. Jen,
No put lotion on my body daily. After showering at the beginning of the day, and in the evening prior to going to bed. I will keep in mind there is you have suggested not to put lotion into not that I made a point of doing so. Thanks again so much for the info.

Watched a few of your videos today and subbed as well. I believe this is the 2nd one I am commenting on though. I think it was Toe Bro or another Doctor I watch on YouTube that said not to put lotion between your toes as it can cause different fungal issues. So, I sometimes do it yet, just not always...I find that my skin is really dry this year. I live in Canada and I am a 56 yr old woman, so I know there are contributing factors on my skin becoming drier now...but dang! Anyway, thank you for all your info in the videos and not beating around the bush on things. Cas in ON, Canada 💖
