Abby and Libby went to the Monon high bridge in Delphi, IN. on Feb 13th 2017. They did not return to the meeting spot and a search would take place. Their bodies would be discovered the next day as they were brutally murdered by a monster. Kegan Kline was arrested for CSAM and believed to know something about this unsolved mystery about Delphi Murders. Kegan Kline used a catfishing account Anthony_Shots to lure young girls and other terrible things. Richard Allen was arrested for the murders of Abby and Libby in Oct of 2022. His court date is set for Jan. 2024. Newly released court documents contain new info on the Delphi case including search warrant, undated probable cause affidavit and much more.

Why are we still saying "supposed confessions"? They are recorded conversations with his wife and mom. Not coerced. Also the defense doesn't even deny it. The man admitted to it. Period.

Why didn't the searchers ring the phone the girls had with them to find the bodies? Apparently, that phone was eventually found under a body.

I think RAs thinking of why he came forward is that he knew people saw him, he had to seem like he was being helpful…also at the time he had no idea that the video existed, so him coming forward wasn’t anything but seeming helpful, then the picture only came out, he would think, ok I’m good, I said I was there. But then the video comes out, why at that time did he not say that was him…. Because he knew that they knew the person on that bridge was the killer…..
The police asked for the person who parked at that building come forward and he did not say anything again…. Because he knew, it was oddd

Libby looks so similar to RAs daughter that I can't help thinking that he had a fantasy about hurting his own daughter for a very long time, but always held off out of fear of getting caught. It's possible that he had suppressed that urge for so long that when he spotted Libby, nearly the spitting image of his real fantasy, that he may have decided instantly It's now or never. If I was his daughter (and/or wife), that thought would make my blood run ice cold.

Who really knows how his mind is working but I do agree, I think he knows he is defeated. I’ve never once heard it said that he is declaring his innocence. I’m sure any innocent man would would be shouting out loud and clear that these allegations are false.
