This is something hundreds of families have experienced. We are better than this. The rights of a few infringe on the safety of many. An amendment to the Constitution ratified in 1791 is putting thousands of citizens in our modern times at risk. 1791 was a time when men settled differences with fists. We now settle differences in court. We need discussions about modernizing our Bill Of Rights. I am in my 60's and I have seen so many things change in my lifetime. It has been over 230 years since the 2nd amendment was ratified. Let's allow our children to live a better life.
