Can the julianna make the same effects using mono as stereo?

According to this video, this is NOT a stereo pedal. It is dry/wet pedal or wet/wet - that is, both outputs same wet signal when pot is in center, 12 o'clock, position, with no stereo overall.

Noisiest pedal on my board. The Lag knob is responsible for hellish hiss. Walrus said that this is ok.
There is where my love affair with this company ended.
