1. Plasma: when all atoms have been removed of electrons (most common in space)

2. Bose-Einstein Condensate: a state where bosons (quantum particles) are very close to absolute 0 temperature

3. Fermionic Condensate: same as B-E.C but instead of bosons its fermions

4. Superfluid: state where the matter exhibits 0 viscosity and flows without friction (liq.Helium II at 2.17K exhibits superfluidity)

5. Supersolid: exhibits properties of a solid as well as superfluid (hypothetical)

6. Quark-Gluon Plasma: a state where quarks and gluons don't exist in groups or packets (might have existed before the big bang or for some time after it)

7. Degenerate matter: when atoms are so tightly packed that electrons aren't bound to a single one specifically (found inside dense stars like dwarfs or neutron stars)

Edit: Dark matter isnt a state of matter, its a type of matter with no states. Its completely different from normal or anti matter, and only interacts through gravity and nothing else, not even electromagnetically

Jokes aside, these 3 states of matter are actually pretty cool! I first found out about them in an educational video!
Heres a short summary of them!
Solids: Solids are essentially stuff like rocks and ice, they're made of molecules which are very close together.
Liquid: Liquids conform to the shape of their container like a bottle, but retains a volume thats nearly constant, no matter how much pressure is applied.
Gas: The nain properties of gases are that the particles must be far apart, must be fast, must not be organized in any way, they have no fixed shape nor fixed volume. They have less density than the 2 other states.
