When I originally heard the news of the loss I remember just a few weeks before that I had watched Regina and her son on CNN's New Years Eve special talking by video with Anderson and Andy. They were laughing and joking and surrounded by friends and family. Her son looked so happy but you never know what someone is going through and a lot of people smile through pain. 🙏🏽 Wishing her continued strength, I know she has her family around her. 🙏🏽

Not to speculate but, Jimmy's tears can come from many places. I have a son. He is around the same age of Ian. He to has battle thoughts of suicide in times in life when the tides were low. I get emotional for Ms King bc there go I if things would not have turned out a little differently. Jimmy may have also been through something similar with a child or a love one. We never know the roads someone has traveled until we have walked in their footsteps.

It is a parents worst nightmare. Lost my son and only child after 39 days in a coma. He turned 20 in the ICU. We had lost his dad when he was a year old so it had always been just the two of us. My heart breaks for her. Its a horrible road to have to travel. You not only love the child when they die but you lose their future too. What they could have been and every life's milestone that they will never have.
