How to Use Service Titan Software Review

There is a large variety when it comes down to picking a dispatch software for your business.

It is very important to make sure you select the right software that will be a good fit for your business, because everybody's needs are unique and different and so are all the businesses.

In this video I am touching base on software such as House Call Pro, Field Edge, and Workiz, previously known as Send A Job.

I am discussing some of the prices but mainly spending time to showing you the Service Titan hands on.

If you would like some videos on how to use certain features of the software please reach out in the comments below, however once you sign up with any of these companies, they are pretty good at scheduling weekly phone calls in which they guide you on how to set it up and giving you a basic training on how to use the software. After a while you will be left on your own to figure the rest out!

One of the coolest features of Service Titan that I haven't showed you is their extensive Pricebook. They have a lot of additional paid features if you want them to help you set it up, but you are also welcome to set it up on your own which does not cost anything extra and you can create it however you want, within the limits of the software.

There are two sides to the software, there is the office (Desktop) version, and there is the mobile (APP) version for the technicians. Both are different from one another, and one is essentially made for the office side, all the back end, and the other is created for the technicians on the field, with the pricebook that they can present to yout customers.

I will create another video on how to use Service Titan App as it is a whole different process.

They do have inventory. It's not easy but you just have to email your CSM to get started. I'm in the process of setting my employers Price book and inventory for our warehouse and trucks.

In the U.S., software like ServiceTitan and Jobber are widespread, and I believe that service providers are more productive than in Japan.

This was very informative, thank you for making the video. I am using Workiz right now for 3 years already, but they are not doing a good job recently and it has nothing to do with their price increase, it is something else in my case.
I was considering Service Titan, but we have 18 active technicians, so the price would be way higher than what we pay for Workiz right now. Would you say it is really worth it?

I like nothing. They screw people. If you want to break the contract they they will send you a bill with a very large fine . Be aware of them, guys
