When i was with my ex at college (she was a bit of a bitch, lol), we were talking to a group of people and one had a skateboard. I asked if I could have a go on it. I'm crap at skateboarding, but i can manage a pop-shove-it whilst being still.

My ex thought i was trying to show off and I could tell she wanted me to fail so badly. She assumed I was bullshitting as I'd never mentioned to her I skated a bit when i was little (pop-shove-it was the only thing that stuck over the years).

I pulled it off flawlessly. Sure, nothing too impressive, but she was _so_ mad. I even said to her "you're mad that I actually did it, aren't you?" She even admitted to it, she was so bitter.

Damn, she was toxic af.

Ik why she was mad though, she had already assumed I would fail, and that I was bullshitting. Most women hate being wrong, so when she knew that I knew what she was thinking, she got even more enraged, because that was her essentially being wrong with absolutely no way to rebute it.
