To Ye, this wasn't an IDEA . It's a reality. He was telling a story the way he perceived that it transpired. You two couldn't keep your mouths shut long enough to let him finish and then proceed with a conversation.
Also it was framed as an interview. That was not an interview. An interview you asked questions and then you be quiet and listen for the answers.

LMAO man Tim Fool threw dynamite down the well then acted surprised when it blew up in his face. Everyone is with Ye and can see what happened, both how culture is treating him (he wasn't at risk of losing any accounts or products until he questioned a certain group) and how rude Tim was to him.

I get that Tim was being pretty brave to have him on but then he wimped out when Ye waded into the danger zone. He even made me mad pretending not to understand what Ye was trying to say because he was panicking about his channel... the conversation needed to be better structured on Tim's side if this was such a concern. If the regular format was too risky why insist on using it and not adapt to the situation. Such a shame. Tim got pretty nasty when Ye walked out too so why would he come back with you guys all bashing him without him there to answer. This was a disaster and unfortunately all Tim's fault.

Why couldn’t Tim just keep his mouth shut, let ye talk and explain his perspective. Then the timcast crew could have responded later hours later. We might never know what actually happened.
Tim when someone tells you a story how they found out people are trying to throw you in jail that morning or almost put on deadly amount of lithium, maybe not demand they clarify what he mean by they.

Tim Fumbled possibly the biggest show of his life because he was so scared to get canceled and to puff up his ego has some of his employees validat him for the rest of the show all he had to do was not let his ego go off and let Ye talk but now we got robbed of an amazing conversation because of Timmy

I think all parties involved couldn't figure out how to communicate with one another. Far too many egos in that small room.

It was ultimately miscommunication, Kanye thought "his truth" was being denied when Tim was simply pushing back on a specific aspect of his story. But that doesn't justify Kanye's complete failure to form a coherent sentence or explain any of his statements.

You should have gone up to Kanye and said: "how many people in your life do you have that you regularly disagree with... Come back in, you need this more than anyone"
