Yes I just started deep conditioning straight after shampooing. Conditioning seems redundant especially if my deep conditioner already have a lot of slip. Only time I use a conditioner is if my hair is tangled before washing.

YaaaaY! We got to see you detangle! I never really use "conditioner, " I co-wash usually with a cleansing conditioner that can be used as a leave-in. I'm just now getting back to deep conditioning regurlarly so I'll need to be careful not to over do it. I don't shampoo, but I do clairify. Wait, I shampoo when I add color to my hair which is not that often like several months at a time.
