For Bread Pizza:
4 slices of bread (any bread of your choice: white, whole wheat, or multigrain)
1/2 cup pizza sauce (or tomato ketchup mixed with herbs)
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese (or a combination of mozzarella and cheddar)
1/4 cup onion (finely chopped)
1/4 cup capsicum (finely chopped, any color)
1/4 cup tomatoes (deseeded and finely chopped)
1/4 cup boiled sweet corn (optional)
1/4 cup olives (optional)
1/2 tsp red chili flakes
1/2 tsp mixed Italian herbs or oregano
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Butter (for spreading on bread)
1 tbsp fresh coriander or parsley (for garnish, optional)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Bread Base:
Spread a thin layer of butter on one side of each bread slice to prevent it from becoming soggy.
Place the bread slices, buttered side down, on a flat surface.
2. Spread the Sauce:
Evenly spread a generous amount of pizza sauce or tomato ketchup on the unbuttered side of each bread slice.
3. Add the Toppings:
Sprinkle a layer of grated cheese over the sauce.
Add your desired toppings like chopped onions, capsicum, tomatoes, boiled corn, and olives.
