This recipe needs a cup of water added to the list of ingredients. And it would be great of added to you web site, which I looked at first but found nothing about using buckwheat pancake mix to make blinis.. I didn't know if baking soda would make a puffiness unwanted for blini with yogurt, tomato, and smoked salon.
To achieve the thin pancake, add a cup of water to the wet ingredients, That worked for me.
