Turbo Tom | Springboard Chop Finals Johnny Appleseed Festival 2019

This is the Springboard Chop Finals from the 2019 Johnny Appleseed Festival. I’m not in this video because I did not make the finals. I actually don’t make a springboard chop finals until 2022 at the Webster County Wood Chopping Festival. In this video you will see some of the best Timbersport Athletes in the country. The winner of this event is Matt Cogar, he is a 7 time Stihl Series US National Champion. In this competition the athletes will chop two pockets high and the chop the block on top which is usually around 11” in diameter. By rule they have to make cuts from both sides of the log.
