Rules on how to keep up with CycleGaz:

1. Paint your bike orange.
2. Stay in the big ring and maintain a high cadence.
3. Use very long mudguards. Surprising how he smokes all those riders with no mudguards and flimsy ass-savers.
4. Use an Exposure Strada - very expensive but vehicles know you are coming up behind.
5. Use a black and white shoulder bag - brand unknown - any cognoscenti know?

Surprised I haven't bumped into you. I alternate between Albert Embankment / South Lambeth Road and Kennington Road depending on which way the lights are green at the end of Westminster Bridge Road.
