Heres my ranking of each game pass
1-5 are changeable, depends on how you play the game
1. Advanced Placing- A really good gamepss, recommended
2. Multiple floors- Also a very good gamepass.
3. Excellent Employee- This gamepass helps alot if you need money
4. Marvelous Mood- great gamepass, especially when paired with excellent employee
5/6. VIP- no comment
5/6. Transform plus - A useful gamepass but I do not recommend buying this first. If you have advanced placing, I recommend buying it.
6/7. Large plot- Nice gamepass for building large houses, towns, malls, etc.
8. Basements- no comment
