Shingo Operational Excellence Model - An Introduction

The Shingo Prize for Operational Excellence is the global standard and serves as an alternative to the Malcolm Baldrige Award (United States) and EFQM Excellence Award (European Union). Differentiating the Shingo Prize from these alternatives are its emphasis on Enterprise Culture and Lean as pathways to Enterprise Excellence.
