Agreed. Platonic love is still love. If anything, it's easier to understand and helps prepare you for romantic love.

But, more importantly, it reminds us that even in the depth of romantic love. You are hopefully in love with someone that you consider a friend.

Platonic love, when true, is probably the purest form of love. They know you won’t share the bills with them, you won’t sleep with them and you won’t build a home with them. They aren’t with you out of some familial obligation. They won’t get anything transactional from it. They just want to be around you and vice versa. So thankful to have two people in my corner like that!

so true. and the most platonic love is usually found in high schools. i mean, the thing about high schoolers is; most of the time they are thinking about murdering each other, but in the face of a common adversary (like a teacher!) they turn into the Avengers in a flash and can beat up Thanos in seconds!

I had a nightmare just now. (It's 4:50 am here). I was so scared that I took the phone and an soon as I turned it on, I got a notification from YouTube, then I opened your channel and now I'm feeling much better.
