Is New Jersey a state that requires both a front and back license plate?
Ohio used to be but then they made it optional. As long as you have one on the back, the front plate isn't necessarily anymore.

Did you know that in many states, it's illegal to put clear plastic over your license plate

In my city in NY if you cover the name on your plate they will give you a ticket ! (With plate covers or trim attached)

Damn Tom. Come On man. Women can even do that job. You can take care of that yourself. Get it together. Eventually you will have to do everything yourself and know everything that's important unless you make money to pay someone else too much money to do it that isn't family and works at a shop somewhere.
