My biggest pet peeve is my sister who says”I don’t have any room” If it’s important to you, and it should be, you will find room! Not my home canned goods, but store cans I have in closets, in totes and in the bottom of an old entertainment center that my hubby uses as book shelf. He wasn’t using the bottom because it had doors.

I've always heard that you shouldn't stack Mason jars because it could crush the seal and cause it to leak and lose integrity. Do you know if this is true? Meanwhile I'll try to research this.

Tbh the only place that i could would be the linen closet but it seems to be heated as believe it has been set up so as the gas heater/ radiator pipes run under the floors. So jm thinking that isnt the kimd of conditions that are needed to store prep-jars?
