I've played for over 20 years. Always dw but I stopped by the music store and tried a set of these out.
Just amazing. I switched that day and have never looked back.

I played Eliminators for years. Love em. Currently use them on my V's at home and play 9000s on studio kit. Been looking at the direct demons for years..just didn't seem necessary to spend $900 since the 9000s were fine. But I'm seeing good deals on used pedals. Never played direct, other than a minute or 2. Will they make a difference? Will they really be a huge improvement on drum life? I want em..but, that $$ could go for other stuffs..
Can anyone talk me into it?
