Im in a bit of a pickle... i have data sets that are in range of 60-80k of rows and 50 colums. Inwhich the majority I dont use. My line of work is pharmacy claims. heres my scenario:
colum A= patient name
colum B= drug name
colum C= paid claim ( in which there are duplicates of a negative and positive)
How do i create a formula to pair those to void them out of my report.
I have painly  been sorting them by Asorting/Desending order and manually picking them < highlighting them, and finally deleting them..
Please can anyone help me cut this 3 day task down??
