That "relentlessness" starts with his work ethic. First guy in the building every morning. He doesn't take days off or shortcuts. Leads by example. I feel like #17 is disrespectful to Maxx. Go watch the Raiders vs Rams game last year. He was being held every play. He was being held so much and the zebras couldn't throw the flag every play. It was like he broke the game. The dude is unreal.

Crosby's first season, I was impressed by his motor. Last season, I was blown away by his motor and technique.

Dude has been taking huge leaps every season. A good DT that can push the pocket will make those QB hits into monster sacks.
