This Factory will BLOW YOUR MIND - Satisfactory 1.0

The Satisfactory 1.0 update or full release version is out and today I'll be starting a new let's play going through the entire story, then beyond!
With 1.0 we know what the Mercer Sphere and Somersloops are for, what SAM does, and there are tons of new items that change everything!
We'll focus on using some overpowered alternate recipes to create oil from water, then turn that into turbo fuel for a giant power plant!

for anyone fighting for the recipes, you can save your game before rescanning and then if you didnt like the results load it again, the results will be random

28:23 - 5th line of packed water and 3rd line of empty canister is backed up. its might be a problem soon

1.0 came out, like, just over a week ago, and Kibs is already dealing with massive, mind-bending production dilemmas. Hot dang, I love this stuff!

I've yet to see any players take advantage of the fact that blueprints save item contents! You can preload those canisters in the blueprint! Not sure if that is all that helpful but I'm sure there is a handy use case!

The ratio of refineries making diluted fuel, to packagers making water, to packagers unpackaging the fuel is 1:1:1 so I prefer to make little self-contained units of those trios and that way you just need to pie the Heavy Oil and Water in, and the fuel out.

Honestly suprised Kibitz didnt set up a power control tower with breakers to have each sector of the turbo power plant come on individually.

I find it really interesting to see how other people solve the same problems. I combined the packing and unpacking for diluted fuel into one blueprint since the ratios for the recipe is 1-1-1 with the machines. That way I didn't even have to worry about managing the canisters.

I like the closed loop package fuel it easier to balance out and dont have to worry about things backing up.

Note: don't use large manifolds in systems which require packagers, the delay between canister use and recovery increases exponentially with manifold size, this is why you need multiple lines (manifolds) wth multiple leader belts. - the math is just adding layover and use time for each machine (including packagers) and the time it takes for items to accumulate in the mid-to-end most machine.
