Thank you, Sarah. I’m an old woman and remember when I would fight such battles when I was in my 20s and early 30s when I left “public life”. I remember that anger at lies being told and women being dismissed on stage and truthfully, really enjoying taking a couple people down. Of course, I always suffered afterwards as I sorted out what was just me shooting my mouth off and what was really making an important point. I found that usually I was shooting my mouth off because I was mad and protecting a constituency, but that it was not a bad thing to do. I’ll bet you brought some wonderful vitality to that discussion. You are a lot more conservative than this old lesbian so you don’t always sit quite right with me, but boy, am I glad you were there today. Thank you.
