The Feisty Porker } Sausage Bacon Cheese, Yes Please!
Ingredients:
1 pound ground protein(sausage)
2 Mozzarella Sticks
2 Jalapenos
8 Slices Bacon, thin cut
Pork n Poultry Rub
Texas 5 Spice

Preparation
Slice top and bottom off jalapenos, remove seeds and slice down one side
take 1.5 or 2 sticks of mozzarella and fill jalapenos
Form ground meat around stuffed jalapenos, covering all completely
weave bacon with 4 strips each way, alternating every other to make a weave
place meat log in center of bacon weave.
Wrap weave around log. Season liberally with Pork n Poultry. To kick up the spice sprinkle Texas 5 Spice all over to desired heat tolerance.
AirFry at 400 for 25 minutes, flipping at 15 min mark. Internal temp should be 160
Finish under Broiler to crisp bacon

Dang it. I have everything in the fridge right now except the string cheese, but I can cut up a block.
I’ve been wanting to make a ground beef chub on the smoker and I might toss this on the smoker while it cooks.
