FYI, battery is in the boot not to get better weight distribution but to allow longer service life of the battery due to reduced heat cycles that otherwise would be experienced in the engine bay.

I wish some of the old favorite elements from the 80 's and 90's still existed; wedge shape and greenhouse glass for visibility mostly. Also liked staggered wheels and 4/5 link rear with subframe and double pivot front suspensions.

There's more

- fuel door always on the right hand side of the car (only exception I know is the E23 7 Series with the fuel door being on the left)

- the gauge cluster always in this order (fuel, speedometer, tach, engine temp)

- wheels are secured with lug bolts rather than lug nuts
