Ceylico shares massively undervalued. CINS.X markets at 50% below CINS.N yet the company has massive earnings in lot of fields.(earnings will jump with vehicle insurance increases due to they being the market leader) Very difficult to manipulate the share because it’s ownership diluted with lot of share holders.
