Each passing hour opens a flower, here we see a fast demo-version from 6 o'clock to 6 o'clock (12 hours). All flowers are reset (closed) shortly after 12 o'clock.
The minutes are shown in the middle by a revolving bee, around a flower with 60 silver petals (minutes).
