WTH? Who cares? They won't disobey their NRA masters!! May the victims RIP and may their loved ones find some comfort somehow. This is intolerable. There are more guns than people in the US, and this guy was as bad a risk as they come, yet he still got a rapid-fire gun no problem! How did that happen? Laws obviously are massive fails, and cops don't care, they say that they're understaffed when you report a misdemeanor assault that's on video.
