Alice, you support the wrong club. But, speaking if United, I genuinely think you need Rangnick to clean the house. He isn't PL challenging appointment..but he is an excellent judge of football ability. He will discard deadwood, make solid recommendations and leave a solid squad for the next manager. One thing we fail to put into consideration is the fact that no matter how good you are as a manager, you have to consider the feelings of the players you will fail. What Sancho said was very important, it might have come out the wrong way but what is the basis of the selections ETH makes? Is it based on training, form or favouritism? What does a player have to do to keep a position? This affects how players see you and how they respond to you and ETH has appeared to be using favouritism. ETH is a problem to himself. I wanted him to stay but to what end? Making in game decisions and starting line ups has been a huge problem for him. If he is given time, what will he do with it? What does he want to do? Which shape does he want to play?. Given the position the players are in psychologically, which he has caused, I would say sack him. there is nothing he can do at the moment it is that simple.
