I think a lot of the bad reviews of the quick service restaurants come from people who have tried to go there at 7 o’clock at night. It is extremely busy, and as one of the reviewers previously said, I have found the service very poor and the orders often are incorrect. So basically, your experience is going to depend a lot on how crowded the restaurant is. Maybe try going back at night and doing this show again :-)

lmao. I worked at BEND THE BAO and we definitely didn’t put kimchi in the duck bao. It is XO sauce, which is made from dried fermented shrimp, scallops, and other fish. and the brisket that we used is the same one from NBC grill, and yes sometimes the Brisket would be dried as a bone. The “orange Chicken” lol well.. that’s another story. So glad I’m not there no more. Food was trash

But y'all went when they weren't busy at all. Service is bound to be better when the server isn't overwhelmed. One star reviews usually happen when the restaurant is either fixin' to close or overwhelmed.

I think issue is during peak times. Key is to go when it’s not peak times even in the parks. Instead 12-1 for lunch try for 11-12, eat dinner before 6 or after a few hours after parks closes or get yourself a reservation way in advance. Our favorite place in Vivo. Their steak is awesome and they make fresh noodles for other meals. Favorite waitress their is Ermy.

Go to Bk whooper bar when parks letting out and try to get same service. I have went multiple times and while I dont leave reviews as I think it depends on day and time, but have yet to have order right there. I tend to think maybe staffing issues as most going through but appreciate the convivence of not having to driver somewhere after

I love Jimmy Buffet's! But it's for one reason and one reason alone: Volcano Nachos. They are amazing and cost less than every entree, all while filling you up with amazing flavors.

Oh, and they have tons of Gluten Free food there for my Celiac wife. That helps, too.
