Fredericksburg Virginia is a nice area, and I recommend it

Unfortunately, if it was built in the last 20 years and its a multiple house development, even in Hartwood off of Route 17 there’s an HOA.

Keep in mind, Fredericksburg is the choke point of the entire east coast.
If VDOT really wanted to alleviate the congestion, they would’ve built an LA sized 18 lane interstate.
