Can't make it work. Tried to update to 1.50 firmware in 2 different USB sticks and both failed, onde said "no update file" and the other "invalid file". tried to reach support on zoom's website and they asked me to get in touch with Brazil's local distr...

The trick with USB flash drive is to use older version 2.0 USB stick cause the specs for Zoom G11 list USB port as 2.0. For some reason ZOOM won’t recognize newer versions of USB sticks (3.0 and higher).

"Hi everyone, I encountered an issue while updating the firmware on my ZOOM G 11. The update process got stuck, and now the screen shows a 'Write Error.' The device is [unresponsive], and I have tried every any troubleshooting steps. Does anyone know how to fix this or recover the firmware? Any help is appreciated!"

what is wrong with zoom? you forgot us being able to save loops. Please firmware update that immediately tempted to return the unit

There isn’t any sound coming from my input to my guitar is it because I didn’t update?

G5N is better because you can see your bank in the big 4 lcd. In the G11 they put the bank in 1 screen. I was happy at first bcos G11 has already 5 small lcd's but I was disappointed of the way bank mode is setup.
