When I'm struggling, I find it really helps to adapt rather than walk away, because walking away triggers more panic about failure and feelings of uselessness, and then I pile on the pressure for the next day and next thing you know I'm in a spiral of loading on the pressure and buckling under it at the same time. My favourite is shifting things outdoors, no matter how shit the weather. That soothing power of nature, mhm mhm!

Honestly thank you so so so much for this video, all the tips and for sharing your experiences. I struggle with several mental health issues and have panic attacks on a regular basis aswell. And I find it really affects my workouts heavily. Not only is the gym environment with all the people challenging, but my heart rate spiking even higher when lifting weights ect also makes me very lightheaded and anxious.
