Icewine from the Niagara Peninsula | WE ARE THE BEST

Although icewine is not a Canadian invention, it’s become a symbol of our cold winters thanks to Inniskillin. Ricardo takes a tour of the famed estate winery on the Niagara Peninsula, led by none other than the winemaker himself, Bruce Nicholson. Together, they explore the unique features that make Canada the world’s largest producer of icewine.
